Our second stay at the hotel and things have changed slightly but still a great stay at this hotel. We got looked after really well as it was out anniversary. The room was good but needed a bit of maintenance. The TV was big but you could only watch a few channels at best and no movie channels. Breakfast was good but certain items was cold. The waffles were amazing. I can recommend this hotel. The price is high but its well worth it

Three star hotel at best!
The location is excellent but the actual hotel lacks any charm. If you have a voucher then by all means enjoy the value but avoid if paying full fair.
Breakfast – average buffet and overly busy
Dinner – bland
The hotel doesn’t know what it wants to be so allows discounted travelers to mix with those expecting 4star .. the result is everything suffers.
Would not return.

We had a lovely three course evening meal here whilst on a short trip to London bought through Groupon. It’s in a beautiful location with a gorgeous grand dining room.
Our host was Renata and right from the start she was so lovely and kind and funny and attentive. We loved her so much.
The food was also nice. I went for the fish and chips and they had a lovely crispy batter and the chips were AMAZING!!!

Was a nice hotel with nice staff. However within a couple hours it seemed that everyone kept knocking at my door. Three times! I feel like unless the guest requests a service it shouldn’t happen, after all what do we have wonderful phone to call reception etc. for? Overall had a nice stay.

17 o’clock tea was recommended by hotel staff.
I was tired after walks and excursions in London and asked to sit not in the centre right under a chandelier (where I would feel myself like strangers look at me through a magnifying glass) but somewhere in the corner from where I could see all: staff and guests.
They found such place and laid the table there.
It was a great experience in the beautiful and lovely place. I could not even eat all what they brought – so many different mini snacks and tea of course was great.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location was was extraordinary. In walking distance of everything one would want to visit in the heart of London, but located on a very quiet street. Connected to the National Liberal Club full of history and the felt presence of Winston Churchill. Very nice rooms, bar, restaurant. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and prices are one of the better you find in the local area.
The hotel is ok but lacks a bit of soul. Rooms are nothing special, small and some are windowless! Beds were tiny and I didn’t find them comfortable. Can’t really fault the service, they try hard. Breakfast was nice enough but the choice in the hotel bar could have been better. Overall the experience sadly isn’t as impressive as the hotel looks from the outside.
Value if you need a bed for the night but there are better places if the hotel is part of your holiday.

I wish I could rate this hotel more than 5 stars….. Just excellent all round. The hotel and room is spotlessly clean, staff super friendly and can not do enough for you. Breakfast is fantastic, check out is later than usual and stored our luggage whilst we went off to the theatre. Even when we got back later I the day to collect luggage, the staff still told us to relax and take our time. Just a brilliant stay, great location and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Raddison Blu.

Fantastic hotel with a very good central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was excellent.
The hotel was between 2 underground stops (which were only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel) but really the location was brilliant and allowed you to walk to all of the central London landmarks. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, horrible everything else.
The hotel is incredibly well located, right next to Leicester Square in central London. That is everything positive that I can say about my stay here.
I have stayed in many different Premier Inns, because they are normally basic, but reliable and comfortable. My experience here was entirely different, and much worse than I have experienced in any other Premier Inn.
The hotel is old and run down, the cleanliness was poor and the bed and room was in desperate need of a little renovation. The building has NO CENTRAL HEATING, and the air conditioner in the room works for only 20 minutes before turning itself off. I found it completely impossible to sleep for even one night of the three night stay due to the unbearable cold. Many times it felt like the room was even colder than outside on the street. The walls are also thin and the floors creaky, meaning that the hotel rooms are pretty noisy.
After eventually managing to track down a member of staff, who was rather rude, I was offered a room change (which I was then told would have exactly the same problem), or a free breakfast. This did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.
When contacting them regarding their Good Night Guarantee, and to explain the problem, I waited over a month for a response and was politely told to sod off.
I have always had a good experience in a Premier Inn before, but after my experience in London Leicester Square, I will definitely think twice about staying in one of their hotels again, and certainly will find another option should I return to London.

Paying only for the location. Room rather basic. First time in a hotel room without a telephone. Door key system not working, so every time I wanted to go back in, had to go the reception and someone from the staff to walk me there to open with their own service key card. Emergency fire exit at ground floor locked or extremely firm. Wondering how evacuation would be possible.

The rooms are really well appointed with everything you need within arms reach. It’s super quiet given the location and you can get pretty much anything ordered to your room with not too much trouble. They also do nice surprises in room as well like champagne and cake. Great place to get ready to go out on a big night. Staff are very good.

Many thanks to the staff at W London for helping to make ours a wonderful stay at the start of May 2022.
We would specifically like to thank Andrea, at the Front Desk, for her professionalism, friendliness and expert advice on places to dine and visit. All of her suggestions were excellent!
Our compliments as well to the Concierge Desk, for their constant availability and assistance in securing our train tickets to Paris.
We will certainly recommend the W London to our friends and family, and make our way back to this wonderful property.

Went for afternoon tea. Service impeccable and they attend to your every need. I chose the vegetarian option and they had a good selection of veg option sandwiches to choose from. The cakes and scones have to be tried to be believed. Absolutely delicious. Good assortment of teas and drinks.

Spent three wonderful nights here for a special birthday. Hotel, service and staff are excellent. There were a few little issues, but hats off to Valentin who rectified these very generously. It’s not always about what goes wrong, it’s often more to do with how those issues are handled, and Valentin on behalf of the fabulous Savoy showed just what a top class hotel this is. Highly recommended.

Decent hotel in the heart of London. Clean and everything of reasonable quality. Reception staff all friendly, helpful, professional. Breakfast had a huge queue to be seated despite restaurant being barely quarter full. Service average at best. Bar closes very early. Room quite small. Room was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Price very acceptable for the standard of hotel.

Great location – walking or easy transit access to everything London has to offer. However, the hotel is dated and the rooms are far from elegant. The staff is very kind but we actually got locked out of our room because their system didn’t keep a card on file (how very Anna Delvey). Skip the hotel bar.

I was only one night, really a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything. If you want to go to the theater it is a great option. The rooms are beautiful, you have several details that make the difference! The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub and that is very useful for older people. Food and drinks on another level. Breakfast also delicious. I am celiac and they have everything gluten free, something that really makes it inclusive. The pool and gym are very comfortable spaces too, beautiful along with the spa. The attention of all very kind, friendly always. Expensive hotel but worth every penny. Incredible experience.

I went to the restaurant, Indigo, the service is excellent, but they do finish last orders at 9.45, which meant we had to rush to order as our movie ended late. The chips used to be excellent, but were a real disappointment. The potatoes were bad, not properly cooked and hard. No seasoning. All of us noticed and even the second batch were bad. The fish was good and my friends enjoyed their vegetarian dish. The puddings were ok, but not amazing. The cocktails were excellent and worth the cost. The Martini I had was delicious!

Wonderful themed Afternoon tea, the tomato dessert is something you can’t explain but it’s wonderful!

Huge hotel in an amazing location. Right next to the wheel. Check in was quick and easy. There is maybe 10 steps to enter the hotel from the street, I didn’t see a wheelchair accessible entrance either, so this is worth considering.
We stayed in room 440 on the 4th floor. No views of the Thames unfortunately, but we could see part of the wheel from the window, which actually opened more than a inch! Beds are comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom clean. Shower over the bath.
Breakfast is busy but the restaurant is a decent size and they have multiple toasters and coffee machines and it’s the same with the food. Despite a full restaurant at breakfast time, we got shown to our table quickly and accessed the buffet easily and everything was available.
Highly recommend this hotel. Decently priced and an amazing location for everything on offer in London.

I couldn’t believe where I was staying. It was so quiet, considering how close it is to the attractions of central London/Westminster. In my element, I was able to really take in the grand our and history of all of these buildings that surrounded the area. The fact that its so cost effective and so central is mind blowing. Well worth staying there for quiet, convenience and comfort

Quite possibly the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had.
Aside from the location and the incredibly lovely doormen, there are very few redeeming qualities to this hotel.
The rooms are small and the beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are paper thin.
When we arrived to our room, the A/C wasn’t working. We called and maintenance informed us the unit was hard set to heat. The room took 4 hours to cool down so we requested a fan THREE different times and no fan ever arrived.
We ordered room service on our last night and ordered the vegan burger on the menu. They brought a chicken sandwich instead because “they don’t have the vegan burger” but didn’t call to ask what kind of replacement we would like.
You will be specifically paying for a great location here but that alone doesn’t make it worth it the price.
We came here by recommendation and to say we have been completely disappointed is an understatement.
Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay.

Classy hotel with classy staff. This hotel goes above and beyond. I stayed for 7 nights and it was amazing each time. The doormen and concierge are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and fresh.
Service was impeccable.
The hotel is well kept. Anyone saying otherwise needs to go stay in a brand new build, this place has kept up on elegance and it super clean.
Afternoon tea is a must.
I traveled the world for a living, the Peabody in Memphis was my favorite hotel…. Until now.
The classy ambiance is shared alike with professional staff members.
10 out of 10 stars.

Booked a month ago as we were going to see a show. Fantastic reception on arrival, we arrived early and were able to check in early, and leave our case for the day once checked out the next day . Clean rooms, delicious food and good range for breakfast, very friendly door man. Only negative was when we booked we were told we could have inter connecting doors, but on arrival were told the rooms we had booked don’t come with interconnecting doors but would be next to each other, so my husband and I had to split between both rooms ( we had booked directly with them on the phone). Also we found the room a bit too warm!

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I have to add that their room service was literally the FASTEST I have ever had in the MANY years that I have traveled!!!!! Seriously it was SHOCKING FAST!!!!! We used room service multiple times and the food was piping hot, delicious and again CRAZY FAST!!!!!!! Large and comfortable rooms. Modern atmosphere at one of the best locations in town. A variety of food options on-site and plenty of spots to choose from nearby. Good access to tube stations. Friendly staff and attentive management. Consider booking directly with the hotel as their packages offer additional value. For families with teenage kids, the connected VIBE suite is a nice setup.

Stayed here five nights to do some sight seeing around London. The hotel is within walking distance to the tube and to some major attractions. There are also great restaurants right around the corner. The staff is very friendly. They have a great outdoor bar area on the second floor that overlooks the court yard that is really under rated. If you get time in the evening check it out. We opted to include the breakfast in our room rate and it was well worth it. The breakfast is buffet style with a choice of drink. They do make a great mocha so ask for that when seated. If you get a chance, read House of Spies before you come, you will be thrilled.

We have stayed at many hotels in our travels. This one is at the top of our list for service excellence. All the staff were so happy, personable and very accommodating. The ambience of the hotel was of a boutique five star hotel. We did the afternoon tea…all of the sandwiches and cakes were prepared on site and the service was delightful. The bar and dining staff, as well as the concierge, and the attendants were so helpful and seemed to really care about the experience. Well done St Ermins! We will say with you again.

Thank you for one of the best stays I’ve had, the rooms were very clean and had a great shower which for some reason most other hotels seem to fail on. The customer service is amazing too, we needed to store our bags before and after check in and this was not a problem. The staff were always so nice it made our weekend stay so much better and I would recommend this place as a must as I know you will not find better anywhere else.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of April whilst visiting London. The hotel is in a great central location close to anything you’ll ever need and surrounded by all the popular sights within only a short walking distance. If you’re lucky you can just look out of your window and see the London Eye up close and Big Ben just to the left. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable as Premier Inns always are. Encountered some lovely friendly staff as well throughout the stay who always greeted you as you walk through the lobby. Only downside was that in the shower in our room would not drain the water away so the floor would entirely fill up and would take ages to go down again which meant that you could not take a shower for that long or have multiple people use it in quick succession. Good way to save water though I guess.

Premier inn rooms remind me of the ibis hotels back in Australia. Basic but good. However a little dissapointed there was no fridge for basic needs as were staying for a week, it would have been nice to have been able to buy fresh milk etc for breakfast. Our room was supposed to be twin singles. We got a queen and single bed divan not the most comfortable bed.

Very friendly service in all areas. Rockwell bar has a nice outlook, bright airy with excellent decor and good choice of drinks.
Enjoyed a sociable evening on the roof terrace with food and drinks, small menu though. It was very chilly and windy. Thank goodness for the blankets that were provided.
Room was spacious clean and comfortable and a cheeky side view of Nelsons Column.
Very good variety and quality of choice for breakfast.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again in the heart of London.

This hotel is A+. The room is clean and amenities are very nice. As a Hilton member, the breakfast was included as well as all drinks in the room fridge and coffee/tea. The coffee was a wonderful espresso machine and real milk. Water daily was replenished and toiletries. The breakfast was amazing. Anything you could want was offered. Fresh fruit, latte or cappuccino, eggs etc etc. very good. Hotel is centrally located to everything within walking distance. Very safe at night. Easy to get to the underground and bus system. Would highly recommend. The rooftop bar was a little disappointing but we did it.
